APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Grants will be awarded at the Teacher Institute prior to the school year.  Each Grant must be used within the school year the grant is awarded.  All grant recipients are required to complete a Grant Evaluation Form at the conclusion of the funded program. The Grant Evaluation Form will be due by the First Friday in May of the school year the grant is awarded.

Maximum funds for individual or group proposals are limited to $500.

Any funds that cannot be used specifically for the applicant’s request should be returned to the ARISE Foundation.

There is no limit to the number of proposals an individual can submit for review.  However, the number of grants awarded per person, participating either as an individual or in a group, will be limited to a maximum of two (2).

The funds will be allocated for academically related projects.  No funds will be allocated for:

*athletic banquets or events
*musical instruments for the band
*athletic or band uniforms
*school building repairs and maintenance
*school office supplies
